Yahoo! Messenger is now compatible with Microsoft’s .NET Messenger Service as Yahoo! has announced a partnership with Microsoft in IMs. Now Yahoo is compatible with Windows Live Messenger. This change has taken effect as of 2006-07-13.
The silent features of Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 (9.0.0.2160) are:
-It includes fixes that should help those that were having problems installing 9.0
-It also alleviate problems that may have been caused by software conflicts with Antivirus programs or add-ons like Speedbit Video Accelerator.
-Webcam broadcasting feature still isn’t streamlined like Windows Live Messenger.
-Do not give any option to install a toolbar, and neither did it install one.
