Whats new in Windows live Messenger:
It inculdes >Hover-over option of contact to (Send an IM, e-mail, etc.)
- Exciting Layout tab in
Tools > Options to customize the appearance of your contact list window.
- Softer sounds
For contact signing in, new e-mail, incoming/outgoing voice or video call, new Windows Live Alert and nudge.
- System sounds now have the same editor as signature sounds.
- Links in display names are not clickable. Those in PSMs are.
The Messenger statuses “Available”, “Away”, “Busy” or “Appear offline” are available in it.
The statuses of “Out to lunch“, “In a call” and “Be right back“.
-Exciting “What I’m listening to” icon is introduced.
- In conversation window Chat history button is added .
- Windows Live SkyDrive (initially Windows Live Folders) is part of windows live messenger having range of online services.
- Files > Publish files online in the conversation windows.
- New Display Picture options for webcam owners: Webcam snapshots and Tile with moods.
- Clicking your Display Picture in the main window allows you to change your Display Picture again.

Thank You For the post. i was searching for latest messenger and finally i get it. one thing about this messenger is the size of the messenger is size, the size is about 135 Mb which takes time to download.
