iPhone 4G to Support WiFi N Standard?

iPhone-logoAccording to latest buzz the rumors is that Apple is gearing up to add Wi-Fi N Technology in iPhone 4G. According to recent Job posting the iPhone team is looking forward for a software engineer with expertise in WiFi a/b/g/n and related specifications. This Might be indication that Next gen iPhone 4G is going to support 802.11n WiFi standard.

The Job Specifications are given as under
“Implementation of 802.11 a/b/g/n & related specifications.
802.11i/802.1x Security protocols
An excellent understanding of the TCP/IP suite of protocols

Good understanding of wireless RF technologies & co-existence issues of 802.11 PHYs with other Wireless interfaces like Bluetooth”.

The Support for 802.11n Wi-Fi Standards only make any sense if the rival phones just like like HTC HD2 and Google Nexus One, That has already support Hardware and Software capabilities according to industry standards.

For Those who have not any idea about Wi-Fi 802.11n, Let me explain to you Wi-Fi is a very fast network standard that works up to 5 time faster, and approx twice time faster as comapre to its predecessor. Apple is Expected to unveil the next-generation iPhone at the annual WWDC 2010 conference which will be Held in Summer this year.
