There is no doubt that Yahoo Groups are most widely used groups and there are huge numbers of mails cirulated in various groups and they do mix up with our personal and official mails. To avoid this Mix Up we used Filters.
Procedure of Creating Filters are Given as Under
• Open Your ID – Go To Option Filters – Add
• Now Give the name of Filter as XXXX Group
• In the subject line write/copy paste (so that you don’t make mistake) ditto XXXX
• Then Move the message to new folder
• Give the name of new folder as XXXX – Save
In this way all the Yahoo Group Mails will automaticaaly go in this particular folder leaving your inbox free for your officials and personal emails.
